Super duper fresh sashimi. Nice presentations to the immediate eye, yet could be a little more exacting on the precision of symmetrically sized portions. Sauces tad "americanized," catering to a rougher "fusion" type of foodie. I love my sashimi raw in its purest form, so subjecting the beautiful fresh fish to all kinds of mayonnaisey-based gloppy cream sauces makes me slightly quiver in a little agony.
Thumbs up on the super duper freshness though. A little pricey for the overall delivery of taste and presentation. Environment was fun but something was lacking in the feng shui. Won't be going back, personally.
